About Us - Part 1

MISSION

My goal is always to help you be healthier, so that you enjoy longevity while you remain physically active your entire life. Everyone you care about will benefit from what is learned here.

There is a lot to be said about consciousness and being aware of the consequences of one's thoughts, feelings, and ultimately the actions that result from both. This is what Yoga is truly all about.

When I was only 10 years old, my very wise mother told me: “Every thought, every feeling, and every action has a consequence. I cannot tell you what to do. You have to take responsibility for what you think, feel and do.” I thank my mother, wherever she is out there, for being my best friend and teacher, for showing me what unconditional love was all about, and for giving me total freedom to be me. I thank her for being the one who taught me what I needed to know to get to where I am today.
